The production of Energy Performance Certificates is a complex and technical discipline. Enercert seeks to combine this with the practical and commercial requirements of the property market, in providing a focussed and efficient service. The requirement for EPCs is based in regulation, and therefore energy assessors are bound by strict regulatory requirements. However, it is market forces which will drive the requirement for EPCs. Enercert's approach recognises this, and will have regard for commercial factors, in addition to full and proper observance of the regulation.
The company is based in Worcester, which has excellent regional and motorway links, and seeks to serve local and national clients in the 'Three Counties' and West Midlands areas. We hope to establish links with energy assessors in other areas, and in due course to assist with EPCs outside the West Midlands.
