Meet the Team

Richard Weaver
Richard Weaver BSc(Eng) ARSM AICSA

Richard is currently in his mid-forties, and lives near Pershore. After his engineering degree at Imperial College London, he changed to a commercial track and joined the graduate management training scheme with Lloyds Bank. This prepared him for the move to the family business where he became director and company secretary.

Weaver PLC is a substantial 'regional' building contractor specialising in commercial construction. In 2007 the family and directors sold the company to a multinational, which gave Richard the opportunity for a short 'sabbatical'. He is now returning to an area of work close to his experience, yet new enough to provide excitement and challenge. He is among the first to qualify under the new accreditation procedures.

His technical background and his commercial experience commend Richard to this emerging new profession.
