  Enercert was one of the first in the region to provide commercial EPCs, and now has the maximum two years experience. We are always pleased to advise on technical or energy-saving matters. The detailed information and briefing previously on this site is available by request via the contact page.
• Synergy
  Enercert now offers air-conditioning energy inspections, which share common ground with the EPC. Since most air-conditioned properties now on the market will require both assessments, Enercert is pleased to offer a dual service for a single cost-effective fee.
• Quality
  It is our opinion that EPC ratings will be used as the basis for property rating assessments in a few years from now. As vehicles are currently road-taxed on CO2 emissions, so buildings will have some element of the rates dependent on EPC result. The EPCs being prepared now will be the ones the councils will use for this purpose. Therefore a high quality approach is required.
